On 7th Feb. 2022 the UPR IV Tamil Nadu State Consultation on Women's Rights was conducted for 30 minutes where Ms. Nirmalarani Umanath, Advocate, All India Democratic Women's Association delivered the keynote presentation for 15 minutes. Ms. Sheelu Francis from Women's Collective moderated the session and the consultation was successful in capturing the pertinent women's issues in the context of Tamil Nadu.
